Here are a few examples of what I tend to eat.

Grilled chicken in the microwave

Put some on a plate or in a bowl and cook for a minute. Add spices, mustard and/or hot sauce. Enjoy over a bed of spinach, lettuce, with avocado or other vegetables.


Five Guys Burgers and Fries

When I go out with some friends and they want to grab a burger, I am able to customize it to my liking, and here are my fix-ins:

  1. Little Bacon Burger
  2. Lettuce wrap (yes, they can do that!)
  3. Mustard
  4. Grilled onions and mushrooms
  5. Green peppers
  6. Tomato
  7. Pickles (my FAVORITE!)

Paleo PB&J!

  1. Warm up berries in the microwave for about a minute and then mush them.
  2. Take a wonderful spoonful of any nut butter (NOT PEANUT – DUH) and mix well.

It’s great for a snack or breakfast!
